What’s wrong with my computer?
Hey all, there is something wrong with my computer. I’m running Vista on a Dell Latitude D830 laptop. Just lately, I got fauxvirus on my computer and got rid of it. At least I think so. The screen will turn a tint of green or pink and will black out. I have to reset it, and it gives me the option of running in safe mode. When I choose start windows normally, the graphics are all messed up, like it’s in safe mode with like 32 bit color or something. Also, Firefox and Internet Explorer are touchy. (when I try to go on yahoo answers!) It’ll say firefox/IE is not responding. What could possibly be wrong? I’ve run every malware/antivirus/antispyware on the planet and it’s not coming up with anything. Thanks for the advice.
try running your anti software in safe mode, start by pressing the f8 key on the restart.
could be that u have a trojan, not a virus or spyware.
good luck with your problem, i suggest you download Nod32.
