How can i download network controller for my dell latitude c610?
last week my laptop didn’t want to connect to the internet so i went to device manager and next to network controllers there was a ! mark in yellow. i went to dell.com to see if i could download the drivers but it wasn’t there. i need help urgent please someone HELP MEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
it doesn’t say anything next to it and when i left click on network controllers and go to properties it says device type ;other devices manufacturer ;unknown location ; PCI bus 2, device 3, function 0 . how do i know witch one to download ? I believe my laptop has intel(R) Pentium (R) III mobile cpu 1000 mhz

Do you know which network controller you have? The ! mark you are seeing in device manager should also have the name of the device that failed, it may say 3-COM or Intel or something else after it?
Also have you installed any software/hardware recently or made any changes that might have affected the network card?
This could be something as simple as a software related issue or it could be hardware failure. I had several clients in the Mid-West report hardware failure to network equipment that occured during a severe thunderstorm just last week.
It would appear that several drivers are available, if you would post what operating system you are using and anything that occured right before this issue I may be able to better help answer your question and resolve your issue.
